1. What We Offer: MEMORA provides a one-time service to create a memorial plaque with a QR code. The code links to a digital page containing memories, photos, and stories of your loved one. We: design a digital collage using your provided materials, generate a QR code, apply it to a memorial plaque, and host the memory page online. All of this is done with a one-time payment, with no hidden fees.

 

2. QR Code Availability: We aim to keep your memory page accessible for as long as possible. However, the functionality of the QR code depends on external services (such as code generators or hosting platforms). Therefore, while we do our best, we cannot guarantee the QR code will work forever. If any major changes occur, we will try to inform you in advance.

 

3. Your Responsibility: You are responsible for providing content (photos, texts) that you have the rights to use. We promise to treat your materials respectfully and use them only within the MEMORA platform. We do not share your content with third parties.

 

4. Payment and Refunds: The service is one-time and paid in advance. Personalized products are non-refundable. In case of an error on our side, we will correct it or offer a suitable solution.

 

5. Copyright: You retain all rights to the content you provide. We are granted permission to use it only for the purpose of creating and hosting your memorial page.
